"When you are curious you find lots of interesting things to do."
Mini Mars bar if you know who said this!
Going out into the world after school and college is a big step. After working at Brooke Special School for 12 years I know this is true for staff as well as students!
Looking forward to meeting friends, old and new, to have fun, work hard and find lots of interesting things to do.

From a previous seventeen-year career in the ‘Rugby Theatre’ (not so glam surgical nurse) to the amusement of my colleagues I switched to art. Since graduating in ceramics & 3D Design in 1999, I have worked as a Freelance Artist, and Workshop Co-ordinator. I also lecture at Warwickshire College, keeping up to date on training in specialist areas such as the autistic spectrum, safeguarding, health and safety, equality, and working with young people.

I am a carer to my daughter Georgia who is 21. I am thrilled to have been invited on board as director and volunteer. I will bring lots of enthusiasm and love for all things creative along with my experience as a supply TA at Brooke School.
We pride ourselves in having staff with experience and qualifications in both care and art.
We have two full time members of staff, Kate and Lynne who co-ordinate activities and make sure we all stay safe. Qualified volunteers and young adults on work experience also regularly join in. Kate and Lynne have worked with students at Brooke School and Rugby College for many years, assisting students in their transition from school and have a wealth of experience to support clients.
